I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property for one day, and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The property itself is stunning, with a beautiful atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The staff were exceptional. Everyone was incredibly helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are fantastic – spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. I was particularly impressed when I requested a cake and some decorations at the last minute the team handled it swiftly and beautifully. We have celebrated our Staff conference here. I must say that this place is really awesome. Staff is also very polite and helpful. Mr. Sandeep Yadav was looking into our conference hall and he fulfilled the promise of the best event that can happen. Head chef Mr. Satish was also in continue touch with us and he played a great role in the food that was offered. Food was really great and the quality was outstanding. Everything was on time and I’m completely satisfied with the hotel and the staff. I will definitely plan my future events here again. We have recently visited this property and we were amazed to see this beauty. The rooms were cleaned, breakfast has a huge variety the restaurant staff made us feel like special Thanks to Deepak ji, Anu ji, Sangeeta ji, Hipendra ji all of them have provided us the best meals and the food was mouth watering. How can they make simple dal tadka such delicious. They are really good at their job. Such a humble and polite staff. The pool was clean thanks to Chetan kumar ji for that. Food was really good. Stay was awesome. The location of the resort, is amazing, amidst the nature, so getting up with the sounds of chirping birds, and cool breeze felt really peaceful. The service on the first day seemed little less cooperative, maybe due to large number of people who had checked in, or due to less number of staff, on that particular day, but they were polite enough. Cherry on the cake was the dinner on the second day, where the food was superbly awesome, specially butter chicken, and the service, it was really warm and hospitable. There was a guy, who seemed like the Restaurant Manager, who was really hospitable. The head chef, Pankaj, was really good in terms of the menu and food preparation. They were served timely, most of the time. Varsha, one of the restaurant staffs was very cooperative and she made sure to visit all the tables regularly and ensure that everyone is having good food. Overall, the stay has been really peacefull, exactly the way we wanted. ~ Pooja P

We are happy with the management, staff and the quality of food was really awesome. GM Anand sir is very nice person and he is very friendly guy. Chef Mr. pankaj and Kunal from the restaurant handled our group very nicely..our group was very happy for the quality of the food and service they have provided us. I will suggest about this property in my friend circle and also I have planned with Mr GM Anand sir for the big conference of around 250 person in coming days. Overall awesome experience. Excellent property, with inadequate maintenance. Rooms & toilets are not in good condition. If the management invest a bit to repair the rooms and maintain it better, it may become one of the best resorts in Rajasthan. Amazing staff, responsive and respectful. All the staff members we have interacted with, the manager, front office staffs, housekeeping, chef and the guys who served us food in the restaurant, are just great. This was a good experience for me to travel and visit pushkar with full joy and love. we were by mr. Suresh poori who was handling the Reception welcomed, tho, it was not for us, but it was good, and the place is super awesome . It gives you a nice place vibe like the old fort, and you feel like you are living a good life friendly staff, and the pool view was good . Very satisfying stay. Excellent hospitality with very prompt housekeeping service. The entire staff is extremely courteous. I must name all those who have served us meals and breakfast-Deepak, the Chef Pankaj, Kunal, Sangeeta and Anu. The Chef in particular was very kind to provide non-spicy meals and snacks for my husband. My family also enjoyed swimming in the pools. There can't be a better way to unwind and relax.
